Shipping + Returns
 

I just placed an order. How long will it take for me to get my candles? All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Once picked up and scanned by our carrier, transit times typically range 2-7 business day days, depending on delivery destination.

Is shipping an additional charge? Standard U.S Shipping is FREE on all orders that are $60+. There is a $5.00 flat rate for any standard U.S Shipping orders under $60.

What is your refund policy? We hope you enjoy your candles as much as we enjoyed creating them for you.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, an exchange or return may be made within 14 calendar days of receiving the product. Candles and their containers must be in the exact condition received, unused and in the original packaging when returned.  The Salvaged Wick is not responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable for exchanges and returns.  If you request a refund, your original payment method will be credited minus the cost of shipping.  For more information about returns and exchanges, fill out the contact form below and select “Returns & Exchanges” under Type of Inquiry.

What happens if my candle is damaged in transit? We understand that fragile items such as candles may be broken during shipment. Email us at: info@thesalvagedwick.com. Please include a photo of the breakage prior to safely discarding the candle, to be eligible for a refund or replacement.
